Colorado-Specific OHV Rules
Riders under 18 must wear a helmet on all OHV trails. Children under 10 may not operate an OHV on public land. The OHV sticker must be affixed to the front of the vehicle.
Street Legal: UTVs may be licensed for road use if they meet motor vehicle equipment requirements.
Noise Limits: 96 dB sound limit enforced on National Forest lands.
