Utah CFP is one of the most widely recognized permits in the US — honored by 35+ states. Utah BCI issues non-resident permits at $63.25, making the Utah non-resident permit popular for residents of states with less reciprocity (e.g., Florida). A Utah-approved course is required even for permitless carry state residents who want the permit.
